Learning – Delivery Associate
The Delivery Associate role works within the delivery workstream of Learning and Development Deployment to coordinate all logistics associated with virtual and in-person learning including identifying appropriate facilities and/ or production support for delivering learning.
The role includes the review of registration records and credit award amounts for supported classes and coordination of Learning Support Liaison activities for in-person classes.
Your key responsibilities
- Under limited direction, analyze course logistical requirements. This includes determining appropriate facilities to support in-person learning
- Collaborate with other delivery team members on delivery plan
- Coordinate and oversee the activities needed (e.g. confirm space is secured, materials and logistics have been finalized) from the Learning Support Liaisons to support in-person classes
- Confirm set up of classroom both virtual and in person with onsite resource (producer or LSL)
- Review and reconcile class rosters provided by delivery specialist against final attendance for physical and virtual classrooms to ensure accurate awarding of credit
- Counsel facilitators on the process for awarding credit through Calculo attestation, stressing the importance of integrity when awarding due to a highly regulated environment
- Act as point of contact for the facilitators and participants
- Ensure credit is awarded and provide evaluation results as required
- Initiate process for set up and publication of classes in Learning Management System
- Work with Delivery leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and implement procedural enhancements as directed.
- Prioritize daily work while managing multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes for differing stakeholders
- Identify challenges and potential issues early, consider various possible courses of action and weigh their consequences before actioning or escalating (eg solve technology issues during a class)
To qualify for this role, you must have
- 1-2 years of learning, meeting and event services, or hospitality experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to establish trusted relationships in a virtual environment
- Ability to effectively work within a geographically dispersed team
- Ability to work with all ranks and levels of the organization
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient MS Office Skills with competency in the use of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc.) and Teams.
- Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams).
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent Learning Management Systems
