Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to support product design, listing and rule filings
- Collect data and provide reports on ETF performance
- Create and maintain departmental databases and prepare monthly reports for the NYSE Arca Lead Market Maker program and customized reports for clients
- Work with staff in other departments to coordinate listings of new products and respond to changes impacting existing products
- Prepare both internal and external presentations, legal and regulatory filings and other materials as needed
- Assist in coordinating marketing and client outreach campaigns.
- Participate in new business development and client retention initiatives
- Coordinate between various Exchange business units, such as marketing and events staff
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- Experience with creating data driven performance reports.
- Self-starter with strong initiative to produce and deliver in an active, small team environment
- Strong quantitative, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Tableau, and PowerPoint
- Experience in data analytics, quantitative analysis, and/or data management
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to navigate and coordinate with various groups within the organization
- Experience with various market data platforms
