Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
13 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
Experience managing the business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Experience in data analysis and decision-making.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Experience leveraging problem-solving (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by the audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that deliver results and efficiencies.
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
