Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
Experience in managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires daily communication with global teams in English.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree or other relevant advanced degree.
Experience working with executive leadership, and knowledge of Enterprise customers, cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence.
Knowledge of financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc. to solve problems, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
Ability to tailor and deliver compelling reports and presentations to the audience, asking strategic questions, and lead conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
Ability to successfully deliver priority initiatives, process improvements, and manage change.
