hands-on program management skillsand the ability to connect the dots between technology, product, and business outcomes.

  • Lead technical, customer-oriented projects end-to-end – from concept and planning to execution, launch, and measurement.
  • Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, including R&D, Product, Data, Customer Success, and other cross-company teams.
  • Translate business needs and customer pain points into actionable project plans and technical solutions.
  • Build and manage structured project timelines, milestones, and success metrics - ensuring clarity and accountability.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively remove roadblocks to maintain execution momentum.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enable scalability and efficiency.
  • Leverage data to monitor progress and impact, and promote informed decision-making.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in leading technical programs or projects, ideally within a SaaS company or fast-paced tech environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives with both technical and business complexity .
  • Strong understanding of engineering or product development processes - hands-on experience in those domains is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to connect effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with high attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
  • A balance between strategic thinking and executional excellence .
  • Experience working in matrix or global organizations - ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) - a must.

Nice to have:

  • Background in AI/Data-related initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with Customer Success or support organizations.
  • Familiarity with internal platform tools or customer engagement tech.
