Ensure high quality delivery of the tools and services provided to VAR within the VSE Indirect and Consensus project streams.
Improve and streamline daily operations providing GPS and Partner Presales with a SPOC for anything related to the VSE Indirect program.
Collect internal and external user feedback and translate them into requirements for continuous program improvement.
Work with VSE and Enablement to ensure projects implementation success.
Primary Role Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop Skills and Enablement Application
Create and manage Partner Presales Users
Provide guidance and support to GPS during the onboarding process.
Provide guidance and support to partner presales access to the VSE Indirect tools and resources.
Enable Partner Presales and GPS on VSE Indirect tools and resources.
Document best practices and guidelines.
Define and implement actions to drive partner presales program adoption (internally and externally).
Participate in regular meetings related to VSE Indirect program adoption and evolution.
Provide program reporting to stakeholders and management (Exec KPIs, Skills, Enablement, Certifications).
Communicate progresses and provide updates internally and externally (newsletters, emails, presentations).
Maintain the Partner Presales Resources portal, ensuring all content is updated.

Consensus Channel Accelerator:
Create and manage consensus channel user accounts
Organize and maintain the consensus channel demo library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible
Develop and execute strategies to drive channel users engagement and adoption
Collaborate with the ecosystem to ensure seamless integration of consensus channel data into reporting and analytics
Monitor and analyze consensus channel performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Provide technical guidance and support to channel teams on consensus issues
Stay updated with the latest advancements in consensus features and capabilities
Document best practices and technical guidelines for implementing and maintaining consensus channels.
Define and coordinate enablement programs, providing training and resources to ensure partners are proficient in using consensus following recommendations and best practices.
Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of consensus-related processes
Maintain and update the Intelligent Demo Automation portal, ensuring all channel content is current, relevant, and aligned with consensus channel strategies.
Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders and managers, providing updates on consensus channel project status and KPIs
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Development Skills: Proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Data Analytics, Data Visualization. Ability to program in at least one high-level object-oriented programming (OOP) language.
Quick Learner: Flexibility and capability to rapidly learn and adapt to innovative technologies and software platforms such as Helix Innovation Suite, SalesEdge, iLearn and SFDC.
Growth Mindset: Proactive, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and improve.
