Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, User Experience, Information Architecture or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience (UX) Researcher, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, User Experience, Information Architecture or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as User Experience (UX) Researcher, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Defining research agenda and scopes within product strategy and business needs; Planning and conducting research using a variety of
methodologies including concept testing, usability study, semi-structured interview, co-design, survey; contextual inquiry, diary study; Project planning and management; UserZoom; Miro;
FigJam; Confluence; and Jira.
