We are seeking a Director of Technical Production and Broadcast Operations to lead the team responsible for a critical piece of our work. In this role you will drive a core part of how we produce, capture, distribute and share our events and will lead the charge in how we remain future focussed.
- Minimum 20 years validated experience with a proven track record in live events, technical productions within venues, film productions and live Broadcasts.
- Experience leading live events, film recordings, theatrical productions and streaming teams.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
- Experience managing complex projects with dependencies from multiple teams.
- Experience in designing technical systems for state-of-the-art venues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with live events, pre-recorded content and venue/theater management.
- Ensure technology teams and projects run smoothly and efficiently, managing all department heads and key stakeholders.
- Distill complex discussions into clear, actionable requirements and foster effective collaboration.
- Passionate about leading exceptional creative and technical individuals on industry-leading projects.
- Exhibit problem-solving skills in complex challenges, finding common ground between competing viewpoints.
