Job DescriptionIn this role, you will collaborate with Global Services and Supply Chain COE leaders across key global functions – including Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Order Operations, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME), Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Real Estate, Capability & Talent Development, Transfers, and Business Continuity & Resiliency – to drive improvement efforts and strengthen the improvement system, all while mastering the fundamentals of the operating system (such as PDCA).
By analyzing processes, identifying operational challenges, and implementing sustainable improvements, you will drive continuous improvement and breakthrough performance, shaping both company culture and brand. Your role will focus on establishing standards, institutionalizing daily management processes, and embedding a consistent problem-solving methodology to create lasting impact. This position requires strong change management skills to integrate Lean principles across a growing organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Global Services and COE senior leaders to develop a Lean Management System (LMS), integrating operating and improvement systems and strengthening Lean capabilities through hands-on learning.
- Establish an operational KPI bowler cascade within ISC & GS, along with an operating mechanism that ensures effective PDCA cycles to drive performance improvement.
- Build continuous improvement capabilities and embed a structured problem-solving process to sustain long-term performance.
- Drive Lean initiatives from tactical execution to strategic transformation of key value streams.
- Develop and execute a Kaizen roadmap, managing a Kaizen funnel for critical processes within ISC & GS.
- Improve customer satisfaction and reduce cycle-time across value stream processes.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to business leaders while institutionalizing best practices.
- Demonstrate and commit to servant leadership and partnership with peers and leaders.
- Align behaviors and practice to our shared cultural operating principles.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or other technical field.
- 7+ years of capability building with a variety of Lean practices including Kaizen facilitation, problem solving, daily management system, standard work, and value stream mapping in transactional process improvement.
- Proven expertise in Lean transformation and driving performance improvements in large, matrixed organizations.
