- Participate in and contribute to Senior level project initiatives.- Coordinate, implement, and be responsible for scalable solutions and programs to grow learner capability.- Identify new opportunities and use existing opportunities to improve training measures.Position may require periodic domestic or international travel.
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies for classroom-based, self-guided, and virtual training.

- 8 years of related experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Contact center or customer service exposure and experience.
- Experience with web-authoring tools, graphics design, or multimedia.
- Experience with online collaboration tools.
- Experience with developing and leading training content in multiple languages and/or for multiple regions.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
