About The Role
You will be responsible for the acquisition and conversion of new drivers in a predefined area, as well as the engagement of active drivers. Your objectives will be to foster the platform's growth in your region and strengthen its position within the local ride-hailing (VTC) ecosystem, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to provide drivers with excellent customer service.
What You Will Do
- Find new driver sources and convince them to join the platform.
- Find new supply sources (existing VTCs, equivalences, VTC exam candidates).
- Facilitate driver registrations.
- Create/strengthen local partnerships (e.g., Pôle Emploi, Adie).
- Organize information sessions to promote the VTC profession.
- Support drivers throughout the process to accelerate their conversion.
- Ensure rigorous step-by-step follow-up of prospects throughout the administrative process.
- Register candidates for the VTC exam.
- Strengthen local relationships with VTC schools and local administrations.
- Build a relationship of trust with drivers through close proximity.
- Ensure issues are resolved by following procedures or are quickly escalated.
- Regularly organize round tables and events for drivers.
- Report feedback and key information.
- Collaborate with management to create/improve support processes.
What do you need?
- Proficiency in French & English is required
- Minimum Bac+2 (equivalent to a two-year post-secondary degree/Associate's degree) in Business/Commerce.
- Experience in sales, customer service, and remote advising is a plus.
- Empathetic and understanding of drivers' problems, you will be the company's spokesperson.
- Resilient under pressure, you possess strong interpersonal and organizational qualities enabling you to respond to diverse requests.
- Naturally curious, you love understanding how the company operates and innovates.
- You are proactive in the life of the Welcome Center and do not hesitate to propose improvements.
- Your interpersonal qualities enable you to answer complex questions by adapting to your interlocutor.
