- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- 1 year of experience conducting research on developer tools, or APIs.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- 3 years of experience managing projects, and working in a changing organization.
- 2 years of experience with research in hardware or immersive technologies (e.g., Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR)).
- 2 years of experience in early-stage or emerging technologies.
- 1 year of experience with systems research connecting APIs to optimize technology stack performance and drive platform goals.
