What you will accomplish:
- Coordinate space planning for our building, including coordinating construction work, managing desk moves, and maintaining desk charts.
- Onboard new employees to the site by setting up their desks before arrival, providing tours, and conducting training sessions.
- Manage internal communications, including organizing regular town halls and facilitating company communications.
- Plan and execute team events to enhance team cohesion and morale.
- Maintain the office by ensuring it is neat and organized, preparing for consignor drop-offs, and ordering office supplies as needed.

Qualification Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Experience in coordinating office moves and space planning.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee training.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors for office supplies and event planning.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$60,000 - $101,500
