BS degree in Engineering or closely related STEM field.Experience working on mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.Understanding of data collection, reporting processes, and ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to read technical drawings and/or reading CAD models to resolve on-site clash issues using 3D clash detection reports.Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems to resolve escalations including quality hand-off, live order testing, site acceptance testing, operational readiness testing, monitoring robotics system performance, etc.Ability to read and develop technical documentation and process instructionsAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work primarily in a construction or warehouse environment in a field-based role and travel extensively across the US and potentially internationally.Must be proficient in standard office software tools and processes
1-3 years of experience working in a field engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.Proven experience working on hardware integration or complex mechanical-electrical or networked industrial equipment.Ability to demonstrate past use of data to drive decision making processes.Practical understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP).Knowledge of robot specific experience (Fanuc, ABB), Allen Bradley PLC experience. C++, Python, Java, etc.
