Must be proficient in standard office software tools and processes.Strong foundational knowledge in robotics or complex electro-mechanical and networked engineering, including knowledge of robotic systems, components, and software.Strong bias towards taking independent initiative while reporting these efforts up to their leadership.
Ability to capture lessons learned and drive technical continuous improvement projects.Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders working on the project to resolve cross-functional deployment issues.Ability to oversee and resolve escalations during robotics deployment including quality hand-off, live order testing, site acceptance testing, operational readiness testing, monitoring robotics system performance, etc.Responsible for delivering projects by owning key KPIs around on-time delivery, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.Understanding of data collection, reporting processes, and ability to make data-driven decisions.

BS degree in Engineering or closely related STEM field.Experience working on mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems.Understanding of data collection, reporting processes, and ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to read technical drawings and/or reading CAD models to resolve on-site clash issues using 3D clash detection reports.Ability to troubleshoot robotics systems to resolve escalations including quality hand-off, live order testing, site acceptance testing, operational readiness testing, monitoring robotics system performance, etc.Ability to read and develop technical documentation and process instructionsAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work primarily in a construction or warehouse environment in a field-based role and travel extensively across the US and potentially internationally.Must be proficient in standard office software tools and processes

1-3 years of experience working in a field engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.Proven experience working on hardware integration or complex mechanical-electrical or networked industrial equipment.Ability to demonstrate past use of data to drive decision making processes.Practical understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP).Knowledge of robot specific experience (Fanuc, ABB), Allen Bradley PLC experience. C++, Python, Java, etc.
