BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce experiences or Consumer digital experiences
Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability
roadmaps with complex interdependencies
Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally
Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies
Proficiency with new technologies like Al, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce
Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers
Experience with new digital payments, including checkout, standard payment methods, fraud prevention, and payment processor integrations.
