Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience designing for consumer facing digital product experiences.
- A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design including but not limited to Interaction Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design, Production Design, Research, and Digital Prototyping.
- Mastery of design tools including Sketch, Keynote, Photoshop, and various prototyping tools.
- Ability to build and organize high quality and consistent design artifacts including flow diagrams, journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, lo and hi-fi mockups, simple prototypes, design specifications, and related documentation.
- Familiarity with Design Systems best practices and working with branding / style guidelines.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
- Experience with accessibility, localization, and internationalization.
- Experience working on a high performing team, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, leadership, and other key partners.
- An online portfolio of professional work is required.
Education & Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
