Minimum Qualifications
- Proven Project / Program Management skills including critical thinking, influencing, negotiation, time management
- Experience leading multiple projects dealing with competing priorities
- Ability to handle ambiguous information with agility and comfort
- Effectively respond to unexpected situations or challenges, making decisions, solving problems, and providing thoughtful and adaptive responses in real-time
- Solve complex problems, by looking at different angles, probing, and finding effective and smart solutions
- Cultivate relationships and lead within the team
- Create proficient presentations and be confident presenting at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant supply chain experience
- Comfortable with analysing data
- Keynote (powerpoint), Excel, Tableau, Wrike (or PM tool) would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence / Machine learning will be a distinct advantage
