In your day toyou will:
Work with the team on setting vision, growth objectives, and execution of those initiatives for Peer to Peer business
Own the Peer to Peer P&L outcomes, including marketing outcomes, GTM, pricing optimization, and investment management
Be responsible for partnering with the product development team to drive the product strategy and roadmap based on customer needs, competitive trends and commercial impact
Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features with deep attention to detail and passion for creating delightful customer experiences
Drive growth internationally by identifying and analyzing customer, financial, and geographic trends and translating them into the global Peer to Peer strategy and plan
Define key metrics and lead the execution of initiatives to improve those key metrics over time
What you need to bring:
8-10 years in commercial roles at technology companies preferably, and familiarity with FinTech products and concepts
Experience in navigating complex organizations; start-up experience a plus
Deep understanding of payments, fintech, peer to peer, relevant market trends and newproducts/technologies
Strategic and analytical thinking with an excellent ability to deal with complex topics and to use data to drive strategic objectives and priorities
Track record of delivering tangible results (proven experience delivering against a P&L is desirable)
A BS/BA is required; MBA or MS preferred
