Your Impact
- Lead AI Transformation: Architect and champion a strategy for leveraging AI to create more intelligent and efficient sales and partner workflows. You will identify high-impact opportunities, design innovative solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment
- Drive Solution Delivery: Partner closely with data science, engineering, architecture, and business teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to deliver cutting-edge AI features. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring that technical solutions solve real-world business problems
- Develop into a Product Leader: In partnership with senior leaders, you will learn and apply the principles of Product Management. This includes developing and managing a product roadmap, defining success metrics (KPIs), and mastering the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Act as an AI Evangelist: Serve as the subject matter expert on applying AI to the quote-to-cash and partner processes, educating stakeholders on the art of the possible and influencing the long-term vision for our sales technology
Your Experience
- Must be in the SF Bay Area to be onsite.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on automating or transforming business workflows using AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies. This is the primary requirement for the role
- 2-5 years of experience in a role such as Technical Product Manager, AI Strategist, or Solutions Architect, or a recent Master's degree with substantive, hands-on AI project experience
- A deep understanding of how to translate business challenges into technical solutions that leverage AI and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A strong aptitude for and demonstrated interest in learning the principles of Product Management and the specifics of our sales technology stack
- Familiarity with enterprise sales processes (like Quote-to-Cash) or platforms like Salesforce and CPQ is a plus, but not required. We are committed to training the right candidate
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire teams and articulate a clear vision
- A proactive, self-starter with an owner's mindset, results driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Bachelor's or a Masters Degree in a technical field like Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $141000/YR - $229000/YR The offered compensation will also include restricted stock units and a bonus (10-15%).
