Generate morning and noon reports to evaluate supply chain performance and identify potential escalation points.
Track, monitor, and initiate spare parts shipments to ensure timely delivery and support field orders.
Operate in a cross-functionalenvironment withmultiple organizations, both local and global.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Logistics, Regional Administration, Customer Support, and the Global Call Center to ensure alignment of supply chain activities.
Analyze and release reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and supply chain metrics to management using Excel and BI tools.
Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree in a related field
2+ years of proven work experience in a global setting
Proficient in Excel and MS Office
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate as a global team member and with international stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skill, multi-tasking and ability to work with number of disciplines in parallel
Ability to multitask and work across multiple disciplines simultaneously
Willingness to undertake extensive work
Knowledge and Experience in BI Tools is an advantage
