What you will bring:
The candidate should have at least ten years of M&A / Corporate Development experience running acquisition and investment transactions. Some of a candidate’s experience may be drawn from advisory positions in investment banking, venture capital, legal or consulting firms.
Ability to operate in a high-tech, fast-paced environment, demonstrating outstanding problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in negotiation and quantitative analysis, underpinned by intellectual honesty and creative solution-finding.
Outstanding communication skills, encouraging collaboration across functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Familiarity with consumer internet or e-commerce business models, ideally with experience using eBay's platform.
Readiness to work eBay's hybrid model with 3 days a week in the San Jose, CA, corporate headquarters.
