Une opportunité passionnante de rejoindre notre division Animal health Technology Labs en tant qu'ingénieur mécanique R&D.

Vous rejoindrez l'équipe de recherche et développement des applicateurs à Albi ou à Vitré et aurez l'opportunité de diriger de nouveaux produits innovants et des activités de recherche dans le domaine de l'identification et du bien-être des animaux.

Principales responsabilités :

• Conception mécanique d'outils portatifs, y compris les mouvements, les assemblages

• Développement de produits, y compris l'aspect ergonomique, l'impact environnemental et le style.

• Conception de produits « prêts à l'outillage » et suivi des moules, développement des outils.

• Responsable de l'exécution des aspects de développement mécanique, application des plans de travail, intégration et vérification. Les activités comprennent les aspects qualité et fiabilité en ligne avec les expériences.

• Recherche de concepts innovants

• Publier efficacement des rapports sur les résultats à ses pairs et à la direction.

• Le poste comprend une communication étendue avec les départements R&D locaux et mondiaux, les parties prenantes, les sous-traitants et autres.

Compétences :

• Ecole d'ingénieur en Génie Mécanique, INSA ou équivalent est indispensable.

• Au moins 6 ans d'expérience préalable en conception mécanique, de produits avec assemblage cinématique incluant tous les procédés de fabrication : Injection plastique, Fonderie d'aluminium, usinage, emboutissage, forgeage, frittage, ...

• Une expérience dans la conception de produits multidisciplinaires avec des technologies combinées plastiques, métal, caoutchouc et autres, électronique intégrée est indispensable.

• Esprit créatif, force de proposition.

• Une connaissance approfondie des logiciels de conception CAO, y compris la conception de surfaces, Solid Edge est indispensable.

• Expérience dans le transfert de produits du développement à la production.

• La maîtrise des compétences en communication verbale, écrite et de présentation en français et en anglais est indispensable.

• Expérience dans une organisation mondiale matricielle et capacité à bien travailler dans un environnement d'équipe, y compris interculturel.

You will join the applicators research and development team in Albi or Vitré and have the opportunity to lead new innovative product and research activities in the area of Animal identification and welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design of handheld tools including motions, assemblies

• Product development including ergonomics aspect, environmental impact, and style.

• Design of products “Ready for tooling” and follow moulds, tools development.

• Responsible for the execution of mechanical development aspects, apply the work plans, integration, and verification. Activities includes quality and reliability aspects in line with experiments.

• Research of innovative concepts

• Published effectively report results to peers and management.

• The position includes extensive communication with local and worldwide: R&D’s departments, parties in operation, subcontractors, and others.

Required skills

• Engineer School in Mechanical Engineering, INSA or equivalent is a must.

• At least 6 years of previous experience in mechanical design, of products with kinematics assembly including all manufacturing processes: Plastic injection, Aluminium die casting, machining, stamping, forging, sintering, ...

• Experience in designing multidisciplinary products with combined plastics, metal, rubber and other technologies, integrated electronics is must.

• Creative mind, being a force of proposals.

• Deep knowledge in CAD design software including surfacic design, Solid Edge is must.

• Experience in transferring products from development to production.

• Proficiency in communication skills verbal, written, and presentation skills in both French & English is must.

• Experience in matrixed worldwide organization and ability to work well in a team environment including cross-culture.

• Self-motivated and organized.

• Ability and willingness for hands-on assignments

• Fluent in English
