Staff Product Manager

Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus two years of experience in product management or related experience; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field plus five years of experience in product management or related experience

Must have experience with: defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps; aligning stakeholders on the vision and managing business relationships; prioritizing product features and capabilities; Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Scaled Agile and SDLC process); product discovery and gap analysis; writing Product Requirements Documents (PRD) for all initiatives and presenting it to committees for prioritization and budgeting; writing epics, features, user stories, and process flows; data analysis skills (DB2, Teradata, Cassandra, and Informix); data mapping, visualization and reporting; offshore team coordination; and Java code analysis for extracting business rules and system behavior. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
