  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations (efficient in Keynote, Miro, PPT, etc.)

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

The PLM II will be responsible for helping manage the Core Sportswear product line in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.

As our PLM II, you will be the voice of the consumer, keeping a pulse on relevant trends with an emphasis on sport and streetwear culture through the lens of footwear. You will be responsible for leading focus groups, analyzing the marketplace trends and bringing insights back to the product teams to inspire the next new idea! You will work on footwear designed to deliver exceptional price-value and grow the business.

You will manage the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional triad partners. You will be delivering on key dates and holding yourself accountable to be a great teammate. Data accuracy in key documents is critical.You will be responsible for helping develop and maintainVisual Line Plans, Sales Tools,Tech SheetsandProduct Decks.

Clear and accurate communication and data management is critical for this role, including owning communicating changes to the triad and key partners. You will be responsible for sample organization and tracking.

In addition, you will learn how to analyze various business metrics to help you plan and manage the line with the Senior Manager. You will work with the category information analyst to confirm the accuracy of the information in the MMX system (i.e.,retail price, naming,targeted wholesale prices, etc.). You will help manage the three-year line plan.
