Job Responsibilities:

  • Support and report data for the global Client Relationship Managers.
  • Produce CM dashboards and reports
  • Ensure daily file loads in CM have been processed and loaded
  • Provide CM Director and CM Managers with regular updates
  • Provide front-line business process support across the client lifecycle leveraging best practices and facilitating enhanced business metrics

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Previous client facing experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent level of PowerPoint essential
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis.
  • Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics experience an advantage
  • Relevant third level qualification in IT or Business
  • Excellent co-ordination skills
  • Strong project management skills
