Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management related to designing and deploying new systems and processes.
Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to build or implement enterprise software solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience collaborating with global teams on tool consolidation and integration strategies.
Experience in using data analysis to inform strategy, drive decisions, and measure success.
Experience with enterprise procurement processes, particularly in requirements gathering and solution design for source-to-pay or contract lifecycle management.
Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting the end-to-end launch of enterprise systems.
Experience in change management and effectively communicating technical concepts to different audiences, using excellent stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications and strategic roadmaps.
