- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in software engineering.
- 10 years of experience in tech infrastructure.
- Experience with full stack development spanning user, front-end, back-end, developer APIs, and SDKs.
- Experience in UI and FE design, programming, debugging, and production management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the Search product features and Search user needs.
- Ability to operate in a complex and matrixed environment and consider multiple perspectives.
- Excellent conflict resolution, leadership, organizational, product, and execution skills.
- Proven excellence in driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution to accelerate product goals through direct partnership on design and development.
- Track record of tech-leading within a large ecosystem of developers with streamlined API development as well as a user-facing product development cycle, inclusive of developer APIs.
