Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software products.
  • Implement and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
  • Perform testing on IP and Fibre Channel networking protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop appropriate test strategies.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools like Atlassian/JIRA and Tricentis/qTest.
  • Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and stress/scale testing to ensure software stability and performance.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide detailed feedback to development teams.
  • Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of IP and Fibre Channel protocols.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with continuousintegration/continuousdeployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Golang).

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is$106,800 -$178,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
