Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctorate in relevant field
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of related research experience withAI/ML techniques and tools(e.g., LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, benchmarking and evaluations of models and agentic solutions)
• 1+ years of experience with software design and development using general purpose programming language (Python/Java/C# etc.) and knowledge of data pipelines

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with software design and development using general purpose programming language (Python/Java/C# etc.) and knowledge of data pipelines
• Experience withLLMs (Large Language Models),GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer)models,prompt engineering, andbuilding Agentic Solutions
• Experience in dealing with ambiguity, and handling changes in customer requirements

• Play a critical role inidentifyingopportunities to innovate and differentiate AI Foundry, whilemaintainingour best-in-class safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills to explain anddemonstratecomplex solutions persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for prospective customers evaluating Agents and Azure Direct Foundry models.
• Demonstrate how we can address the customer's use cases through proofs of concept.
• Providetechnical guidance on integrationanddeploymentbest practices.
• Partner closely with account executives to understand customer requirements.
• Configure AI Foundry's capabilities toshowcasehow it meets the customer's needs, and develop customized pilots and prototypes, as well as evaluation suites to make the case for customer adoption.
