In this role, you will:
- Serve as a central point of contact for subject matter experts to ensure adequate rigor and accuracy of liquidity assumptions and interpretations are employed.
- Collaborating internally within Liquidity, Capital, Risk, and Finance to understand and assess implementation strategies.
- Collaborating externally with peers to understand and assess implementation strategies.
- Identifying creative strategies that mitigate liquidity and regulatory risk.
- In-depth assessment of rule interpretation for traditional banking and capital markets products (loans, deposits, commitments, derivatives, secured funding and trading)
- Assess existing implementations and advise on level of conservatism employed.
- Apply broad product and liquidity knowledge to inform accurate strategy across metrics and product lines, including new business initiatives (NBI’s)
- Maintaining familiarity with regulations and regulator communications to inform and support implementation strategies.
- Inform senior management of impacts to the consolidated liquidity position of the firm.
- Assist in warehousing relevantdocumentation/evidenceto support implementation strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of Liquidity regulations and reporting requirements: FR2052A (“6G”), Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Contingency Funding Plan and Regulation YY (liquidity standards)
- Understanding of the GSIB regulatory environment including capital, liquidity, stress testing, and resolution planning
- Proven product knowledge in capital markets and/or traditional banking products
- Experience evaluating liquidity regulations and establishing documentation to support the methodology
- Experience with governance and oversight requirements for regulatory and risk reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Pay Range
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
