POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSABILITIES
As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the strategic marketing efforts for our product portfolio. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive effective marketing strategies.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Assist for Marketing Manager/ Senior product manager to develop strategic marketing strategies for indications through evaluating market opportunities to optimize profitability, market share, and revenue growth while maintaining strong leadership.
- Develop promotion materials, and communication campaigns to effectively reach the target audience.
- Excellent execution the tactical plans to improve market performance.
- Market Intelligence and Research: collect, validate, and analyze competitive market information, and direct execution of market research.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop reports to communicate findings to stakeholders and assist in optimizing future campaigns.
- Event Management and Resource Allocation: Lead, organize, address logistical and administrative requirements to ensure resource availability.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Network Building:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with sales, medical team to ensure a unified approach to product marketing
- Establish networks of Scientific Leaders (SLs) to shape scientific agendas and provide customer input for planning purposes.
- Liaise with Key Prescribers and Key Hospitals for better market & customer understanding.
- Training and Development: Conduct training for Medical Representatives, including product knowledge, obstacle handling, and promotional materials.
- Establish contacts, form affiliations, represent the company, and participate in meetings, conventions, and network-building opportunities, such as medical societies.
Desired Experience/Education:
- University graduate in Pharmacy or Medicine (or medical physician or pharmacist or pre-medicine related disciplines).
- Marketing or management qualification preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills required.
Professional Competencies Required:
- Sound knowledge of products and diseases and the health care system.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles and process, commercial acumen.
- Effective sales, relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer software (MS Office).
- Effective English language skills.
