POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic marketing efforts for our Oncology product portfolio, with a particular focus on Lung and Head & Neck (H&N) cancers. Business maximization is at the core of this role, requiring a combination of analytical expertise, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive product performance and market growth.
In addition, you will be responsible for advancing biomarker marketing efforts, with a critical focus on building the foundation for PD-L1 testing volume in alignment with Vietnam and Asia Pacific (AP) oncology priorities. This includes ensuring strategic alignment of biomarker initiatives and fostering a strong partnership with Agilent/the local distributor to enhance testing adoption and utilization across key markets.
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Develop strategic marketing and biomarker strategies for indications by evaluating market opportunities to optimize profitability, market share, and revenue growth, in collaboration with diverse team members.
- Design and implement promotional campaigns and Patient Diagnostics Program(s) for NSCLC patients.
- Ensure excellent execution of tactical plans to enhance market performance.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Create and manage KPIs for PD-L1 testing, particularly in NSCLC.
- Monitor and analyze marketing activity performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, supporting the optimization of future campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement and Network Building:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with sales and medical teams to ensure a unified approach to product marketing.
- Build networks with Scientific Leaders (SLs) including top pathologists: Shape scientific agendas and gather customer input for strategic planning.
- Engage with key departments at top hospitals to gain deeper market and customer insights in PD-L1 testing & biomarkers.
Desired Experience/Education:
- Experience in the commercial role for Biomarkers is not essential but much preferred.
- University graduate in Business Administration, Pharmacy or any majors related to bio-healthcare.
- Experience in Oncology Commercial role is preferred but not essential.
