Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and champion global Ranger DCB marketing strategies in close partnership with Marketing Partners (strategy, upstream), Brand Activation (marketing communications), Clinical, Medical Education, Medical Affairs and other functional team members.
- Develop and lead a comprehensive global launch strategy for future Ranger line extensions in collaboration with a cross-functional team; champion commercialization plan with leadership and drive execution.
- Monitor the competitive peripheral DCB landscape and develop marketing strategies to maintain a clear, differentiated value proposition in marketplace.
- Collaborate with and support the US sales and commercial organization; spend time in the field understanding commercial dynamics, building sales and customer relationships and gathering actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Support global marketing partners with Ranger launch and continuation marketing activities that ensure consistent global strategy and value proposition and support regional growth.
- Maintain and evolve the Ranger positioning and messaging, with a focus on the clinical data story.
- Initiate Ranger business analytics to develop actionable segmentation, uncover growth-targets, and build focused program strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of medical device, healthcare and/or marketing experience required BA/BS required
- Healthcare or medical device marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to develop deep clinical and commercial expertise in medical device therapies and products
- Ability to travel approximately 20%, mostly domestic with limited international travel.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s/MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects, incorporating diverse needs from numerous stakeholders and delivering on commitments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Track record of success leading cross functional teams within a dynamic, matrixed and hybrid work environment
- Proven ability to influence drive alignment across diverse teams to achieve consensus and execution of strategic initiatives
