Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of the investment process, from deal origination and structuring to execution and post-investment management.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and develop a comprehensive understanding of prospective clients' financial condition, operations, and industry.
• Structure loan and credit products to align with client needs and risk parameters, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to design, negotiate, and execute complex transaction structures.
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and risk assessments.
• Monitor and manage the portfolio post-investment, including performance tracking and compliance reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, and partners, providing outstanding service and communication.
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes that may impact portfolio performance.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a related role, with a proven track record in credit analysis, loan origination, and structuring.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and risk assessment, with a deep understanding of credit products and financial markets.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience with structuring and executing complex financial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulatory environment, and risk management practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and familiarity with other financial software.
