Job Description:

• Support delivery management under operational excellence for HHI integration; work with leads across various regions
• Track/manage monthly/quarterly/annual actions pertaining to finance and vendor management for standup and BAU
• Create long/short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines using Agile and Scrum methods and techniques
• Track and manage schedules, timelines, risk, issues and actions using a digital footprint
• Conduct scrum ceremonies as per the scrum methodology
• Deliver on health status using a digital footprint for executive summary
• Manage multiple complex workstreams across the capability or regions as designated
• Collaborate with the Delivery Management Lead to execute processes and seed best practices
• Establish a forward-looking plan to continue to progress the transformation and the execution of Operational Excellence model

Required Skills/Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in IT and data and analytics business & portfolio operations
• 10 + years of experience delivering complex Agile projects, with proven ability to apply /Scrum Master methods and techniques
• Ability to multi-task and provide quick solutions
• Worked across Global teams and multiple stakeholders
• PMI Certified or equivalent experience
• SAFe, Scrum and Six Sigma certification, or experience
• Executive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependencies
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (specially powerpoint and excel), Teams, Channels, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive

Desired Skills/Experiences

• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba system and having financial acumen
• Data and analytics business acumen
• Healthcare / Biopharma experience
