Job Description

In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with our compan partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency, ways of working, seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers.

• ​Develop technical solutions for scalable enterprise SharePoint Online solutions using customization and configuration techniques, including use of Power Apps, Power Automate and SPFx (with third party applications).

• Design and develop Power Platform solutions that take advantage of standard web technologies, such as CSOM, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, OAuth, and OData.

• Delivery of Product/Tools features by managing the delivery of projects on time, on budgets, and quality, managing scope and risks

• Applications lifecycle, release, maintenance, and administration

• Develop and execute plans and strategies in close collaboration with Enterprise planning teams, complete and finalize architectural assessments.

• Identify and execute solutions and integration within power tools i.e. power apps with power BI etc.

• Identify application solution delivery gaps and opportunities.

• Manage a team of powerapps developers along with their work pipeline in an agile manner.

• Support the test and quality assurance of the solutions plan and execute release management.

• Monitors progress, taking corrective action as needed, relaying project status to appropriate business partners.

• Provides delivery, technical, functional management oversight for all activities within area of responsibility, working with team to resolve and overcome issues and impediments as needed.

• Ensures projects are properly sequenced based on business priority, dependencies, and team capacity.

Required Skills/Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 10 years of IT systems development experience, with primary focus on SharePoint based solutions.

• Ability to multi-task and provide quick solutions.

• Worked across Global teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Proficient in Share Point and Power apps development; Knowledge of other power tools is a plus.

• AWS, Azure, AI tools, DevOps or similar experience/knowledge needed, certification is a plus.

• SAFe, Scrum or similar Agile certifications or experience or knowledge is desirable.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.

• Strong detailed planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Visio), Teams, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence is a plus.

• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and software development skills to effectively present to higher management.

• Demonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactive.

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.

Desired Skills/Experiences

• Microsoft Certification in Power Platform will be an added advantage.

• Data and analytics business acumen

• Healthcare / Biopharma experience
