About the Role:This PM will be responsible for performance optimization and modeling on our Ads platform. In this role they will:
Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for science and data-driven improvements to increase advertiser ROI.
Work with data science and engineering teams to incorporate advanced machine learning models and other scientific techniques in ads-decisioning, with quantifiable impact on the business.
Operate with an agile, iterative mindset and use rapid experimentation to prototype, test and improve our product offering.
Bring strong business judgment to our data science roadmap, balancing speed and scientific rigor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal to bring products to market and increase adoption.
7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of scaling new businesses and delivering science-driven performance improvements.
A thorough understanding of advertising ecosystems and platforms, CTV experience is a plus.
Familiarity with machine learning, statistical methods and A/B experimentation.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Has experience collaborating with data science, engineering, design, and business teams.
A track record of analyzing customer feedback, market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product innovation.
A curious mindset and a willingness to adapt and adjust in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $240,000 - $725,000.
