As a
Manufacturing Intern, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Improve the output attainment on the Hearing equipment while running on the assigned shift by 25%.

• Create sustainable corrective maintenance processes for Hearing equipment.

• Create corrective maintenance procedures captures updated processes for Hearing equipment.

• Train maintenance craft on assigned shift to corrective maintenance procedures.

Your Skills andExpertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the followingqualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from anaccredited institution

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

• Completedat minimum freshmanyear (2 semesters) by the start of the internship

• Previously completed an internship/co-op with 3M or another manufacturing company

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing setting

• Demonstrated communication skills - both verbal and written

• Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills

• Exhibits initiative and is proactive in problem-solving

• Maintain confidential and restricted information

• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Products and Internet Explorer

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of statistical software programs

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
