We're looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Tech who will help test and improve the new technologies we're developing at our Robotics and Development Center. In this role, you'll be responsible for carefully checking the quality and performance of our latest inventions, to make sure they work well for both our customers and our internal teams.Key job responsibilities
As a quality assurance tech you will/may:-Create, execute, and maintain test plans and automation for products using technical knowledge.
-Execute automation scripts, troubleshoot failures, and escalate issues to lead.-Create data collection tools for defined test cases; train associates and audit quality.
-Standardize process workflows through documentation; automate repetitive tasks or use cases
-Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detailed-oriented.A day in the life
As a Quality Assurance Tech, you will collaborate with product teams, providing constructive feedback as needed. You will establish comprehensive data collection processes and generate detailed reports on testing outcomes. A key aspect of your role will be training associates on data collection tools and conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity. When required, you may also be tasked with generating and executing custom queries to analyze current process performance and compare it against test results. Throughout your work, you will play a vital role in partnering cross-functionally to optimize product quality and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

- Associate’s Degree or prior experience in quality assurance
- 1+ years experience running scripts
- Manual testing experience
- Ability to build and presenting data reports to stakeholders
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle large data sets and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lead small groups

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
- 1+ years of experience in a quality assurance role
- Proficient in VBA, Python, SQL, or similar coding platforms
- Ability to root cause analysis software bugs
- Experience with program management tools
- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control
