In this role, you will lead a regional direct and channel sales team to achieve key sales objectives driving strategic projects and initiatives. You will collaborate with customer key partners, enhance solution-focused sales and manage key marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional sales team to meet defined sales targets

  • Coach the sales team in a proactive selling method using a professional CRM tool

  • Provide accurately forecast orders and growth opportunities and feed them into the wider business organization

Key skills and qualifications

  • Outstanding analytical , problem solving and communication

  • Excellent planning, execution and project-management capabilities

  • Critical & multi-level thinking (from strategic to tactical)
