Job Description

Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop three direct reports.

• Management of the ongoing Finance Hub alignment.

• Manage projects and process improvements.

• Support Hub compliance activities such as internal and external audits.

• Maintain, coordinate and support local bank relationships.

• Partner with the global treasury centre.

• Oversee guarantees, letters of credit and other commercial financing transactions.

• Management of the 3rd party commercial sales process (revenue recognition; credit notes; pricing)

• Provide general trade finance support to the EEMEA region export markets.

• Provide coordination and support for customer service and demand management teams.

• Manage the accounts receivable and collection processes in cooperation with the shared services center.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Accounting knowledge and qualification.

• US GAAP knowledge.

• Minimum 5-8 years relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment.

• Broad understanding and knowledge of applicable business processes.

• Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong people management, teamwork and collaborative focus.

• English fluent.

• Strong SAP knowledge, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience in a business concentration (Finance, International Business and Banking)

• Flexibility and excellent leadership capabilities to integrate well in an international team.

• Strong internal customers /stakeholders focus.

• Strong problem identification and analytical mind.

• Strong communication skills.
