Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute IT projects globally.
Work closely with low voltage, network, AV, physical security, finance, and workplace teams to ensure project alignment
Utilize knowledge of network and AV-related systems to drive project implementation and resolve technical challenges.
Manage relationships with global vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate all external party vendors providing Networking and AV services
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Foster a "get it done" attitude within the project team, driving accountability and results.
Maintain and drive company standards
Oversee all IT/AV site technology refreshes
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on global projects.
Strong understanding of low voltage, network, AV, physical security, finance, and workplace technologies.
Proven track record of successfully managing global vendors and budgets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented, "get it done" attitude.

25% International travel

Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize based on impact.
Experience with Aruba, Cisco, PAN, Zoom, MacOS/iOS, Poly and Samsung.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $121,000 - $163,800.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
