There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. May be responsible for targeted clients, stable regions, and/or small/medium sales territories.
Job DescriptionThe position will be an admin role reporting to the Israel Zone Sales Manager with responsibilities and expertise as per below:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Managing the full administrative part for tender and offer submission including Civil work subcontractor agreement.
- Evaluate tender documents to find red flags before sending them to sales force.
- Update and manage tender provider-on line.
- Prepares offers using company tools.
- Help to consolidate technical information.
- Be reference point for any requests for tender preparation.
- Coordinate activities for customer events/congresses.
- Logistic coordinator for importing Imaging Equipment
- Managing Imaging Product Licenses with AMAR institution
- Act as back-up for Service operations
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and to work under pressure, accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, flexible attitude
- Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction, problem solver.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Process oriented
- Project Management (preferred)
- Languages: Hebrew and English
