Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for scaling a data streaming platform from early-stage development to enterprise maturity.

• Drive adoption of event-driven architecture across the enterprise by building compelling value propositions and partnering with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with engineering, data teams, and business leaders to deliver a highly scalable, reliable, and performant platform in an AWS environment.

• Simplify deeply technical and complex data infrastructure concepts, effectively evangelizing your product strategy to executives and non-technical stakeholders

• Rationalize the platform agenda by balancing accelerating business value delivery with platform hardening investments in a way that drives sustainable growth and stability.

• Establish and track key success metrics, ensuring the platform meets business-critical needs and drives measurable impact.

• Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align on modern data practices and long-term platform evolution.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
