In this role, you are part of our joint purpose to improve people's health and well-being through meaningful innovation. You will accelerate Philips’ Health technology innovations by establishing and coordinating strategic Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects across Europe.

Your role:

• Identifying collaboration opportunities with innovation partners (companies, universities, hospitals) within Dutch national and European R&D funding programs like ‘Innovative Health Initiative’ and ‘EUREKA’.
• Establishing strong consortia of partners with complementary knowledge, capabilities and technologies and aligning partners towards a common goal
• Coordinating the writing and submission of winning project proposals of the highest excellence, impact and implementation quality, in collaboration with internal and external content experts
• Supporting the execution of PPP projects and communication with funding agencies, including reporting, progress meetings, reviewing meetings while contributing to the department’s financial and strategic targets.
• You will be part of EuroPartners , Philips' center of excellence for R&D-focused Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). The PPP team, within the Innovation Partnerships group under Philips Innovation & Strategy, supports in preparing and submitting PPP proposals and manages coordination of these projects in partnership with various Philips business units

You're the right fit if:

• You have a master’s degree and proven technical affinity in combination with proven experience (5 years+) in initiating and/or leading PPP projects in an R&D context.
• You can show a track record of writing winning proposals for public-private partnerships
• You have strong skills to structure your work, and the work of others: driving the proposal writing process and coordinating the activities of internal and external partners
• You can quickly grasp the essence of innovation challenges in a wide variety of health technology topics, including hardware, software and services development.
• You have a continuous improvement nature: eager to improve not only your own way of working but that of the team e.g. with the use digital technologies and data driven solutions
