KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Design,implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality,and productivity
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities anddevelop solutions
• Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance andoperational excellence
• Analyze dataand metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Lead andsupport process validation activities
• Participatein site HSE and process safety management programs, including management ofchange, process hazard analysis, root cause analysis/incident investigations,and development of standard operating procedures
• Provide accurate, timely forecasts to plant finance tohelp meet financial commitments
• Interpret thehealth of the production process using PI and other data collection processes
• Bridgemultiple layers of organization between management and front-line workers todeliver plant safety and production objectives
• Mentor andtrain operations staff on unit design and intended/optimal operation. Assist operations department introubleshooting plant operations issues

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE

• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a regulated environment
• Six Sigma certification or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques
• Strong project management skills
