Design,implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality,and productivity
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities anddevelop solutions
Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance andoperational excellence
Analyze dataand metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Lead andsupport process validation activities
Participatein site HSE and process safety management programs, including management ofchange, process hazard analysis, root cause analysis/incident investigations,and development of standard operating procedures
Provide accurate, timely forecasts to plant finance tohelp meet financial commitments
Interpret thehealth of the production process using PI and other data collection processes
Bridgemultiple layers of organization between management and front-line workers todeliver plant safety and production objectives
Mentor andtrain operations staff on unit design and intended/optimal operation. Assist operations department introubleshooting plant operations issues

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a regulated environment
Six Sigma certification or Lean Manufacturing experience
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques
