As Program Lead on Rewards Mix Shift, you will be responsible for the execution of the Rewards Mix Shift program, including multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital assets with the goal of driving shifts in customer behavior into lower cost redemption journeys by means of targeting, hyper-personalization, testing, and robust offers.

In this role, you will co-manage the personalization strategy and technical implementation with the Strategy Lead, Technical teams, and Product team. Additionally, you will be focused on executing the creative, testing, and contact strategy for campaigns across all marketing channels.

You will partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas to deliver the end-to-end implementation of the program and affiliated campaigns. You will also own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, approvals, issue management, and control systems for campaigns.

Core Responsibilities
Serving as the program leader driving best-in-class customer experiences, the following responsibilities are key to the role:

  • Execute the program strategy as it relates to how the varying internal systems and tools deliver relevant Mix Shift offers based on models, recommendation engines, and data sets

  • Partner with internal teams on expanding Mix Shift program into new channels and is continually optimized based on performance

  • Managing campaigns (digital and print, awareness and targeted) to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and in budget

  • Partnering with internal teams on implementation of marketing creative and capabilities including personalization and integration across marketing channels and UAT prior to launch

  • Updating campaign progress and capturing records within Citi’s marketing workflow tool to maintain Citi’s high controls standard

  • Ensuring strong focuses on end-to-end customer experience and controls, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed to Citi’s rigorous controls standard

  • Working across multi-functional teams, such as:

    • Product and Marketing Strategy team

    • Agencies for creative development and execution

    • Marketing Information Management and channel teams to influence and coordinate targeting

    • Analytics team to track and support the reporting of campaign results and campaign optimization recommendations

    • Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content


Qualifications

  • Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required

  • Experience with marketing project and program management

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization

  • High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities

  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation

  • Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus
