Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's DegreeAND8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 3+ years of experience working with privacy, security, and AI technologies or similar.
• 3+ years of experience working within the regulatory and privacy domains, with experience collaborating with legal and compliance teams.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND12+yearsexperience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• • OR equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

• Develop and execute strategies to unlock and leverage data assets across the organization while meeting the highest privacy and compliance bar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to influence product design with a focus on privacy, security, and AI integration.
• Utilize technical expertise, to understand implications of privacy requirements on technical design.
• Partner effectively with legal team and privacy reviewers to align on regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Expedite privacy and security reviews to ensure timely execution without compromising quality or standards.
