  • variousproduct team ownersto prioritize product features that are blocking customer scenarios by sharing feedback, explaining customer context & importance, effective communication and byleveragingsenior leadership escalation, as necessary.
  • Be thebridgebetween engineering & customer teams and ownaction itemsfrom customer engagements anddrive them to completionbysharing regular updatesto all the stakeholders,identifyingthe right ownersfor each action item, andregularly following upwith the owners to completion.
