Key Responsibilities
- Define Global BTS Services and deliver proof points: Enhance the global BTS strategy aligned with BTA goals, establish a consistent, value-driven framework, and collaborate with regional BTS teams to adapt initiatives to client needs within SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise vision. Continuously refine BTS methodologies and corresponding services to create a scalable framework of best practices, working with EA teams to integrate architectural principles for strategic alignment across regions.
- Strategic Leadership and Integration: Act as a strategic partner across BTA, EA, and regional teams to deliver cohesive, value-focused solutions. Ensure BTS services align with industry and SAP Business Suite requirements and support regional adaptations. Guide regional BTS teams to balance global consistency with regional autonomy, fostering a collaborative approach to sharing best practices and continuous improvement.
- Organizational Leadership: Build and scale the global BTS structure emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and customer success. Guide and support team members globally on client engagements.
- Manage Ad-hoc Requests and Escalations: Ensure rapid response to urgent requests and escalations, coordinating resources to address critical issues in alignment with SAP’s objectives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Business Transformation Experience : 7+ years in business transformation, enterprise architecture, or consulting, focusing on global strategy, value engineering, and program management in large environments ideally gained fundamental experience in a strategy consulting company
- Proven SAP and Cloud Solutions Expertise : Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions (S/4HANA on RISE and BTP), with proven ability to drive measurable outcomes.
- Customer-centric and Growth-Oriented : Track record of delivering impactful, client-focused solutions prioritizing business outcomes, supporting business development and service acquisition.
- Intercultural Management Experience : Skilled in aligning regional and global teams to foster a cohesive strategy, empowering regional execution.

- Value Management and Strategic Framework Expertise : Proven ability to develop and communicate robust value cases and frameworks guiding regional execution toward business outcomes.
- Program and Change Management Leadership : Strong background in program and change management, capable of establishing globally aligned, adaptable approaches.
